She lives alone in a tiny apartment,
works as a waitress for a minimum wage.
She chased her dreams, yeah she followed her heart and,
left mom and dad at a way to young age.

She works 6 days a week now just so she can pay the rent
and buy some food.
Her big adventure didn’t turn out quite the way she planned.
Welcome to Hollywood.

She came her because she wanted to become somebody big,
but has never felt ths small.
She came here trying to get everything she ever wanted,
but got nothing at all.

When people ask her, she says she’s an actress.
But she only acts when her mom’s on the phone.
She did some auditions but needs way more practice.
She’s losing grip out here all on her own.

She left her friends and family and she traveled pretty far,
to where stars live.
She really would give anything if she could be a star,
but has got nothing to give.

She came her because she wanted to become somebody big,
but has never felt ths small.
She came here trying to get everything she ever wanted,
but got nothing at all.

It’s time for her to cast her dreams aside.
It’s time for her to swallow all her pride.
She should go bac to her small village by the lake,
but she wants to wait on her big break.
